ACCESSORIES

In addition to moulds construction, in 2001 a new production unit has been created, and it includes innovative equipment specifically designed to produce accessories for the container glass industry. Cast iron and bronze neckrings with metallized shape, plungers for NNPB, PB and  BB process, blowhead, take out tong and all other equipment required to form glass containers are today produced in a dedicated plant. This facility was completely renewed in 2011 and today the GIANCARLO PEREGO SPA can proudly declare to be fully independent form subcontractors, essential and unique prerequisite to be sure of quality supplied to the customers.

Giancarlo Perego S.p.A. can offer a wide range of moulds for tableware, taking advantage of the most modern technologies as 5 axes high speed machines and for certain kind of articles, we are the only company in the world that has succeeded in optimizing the “cold deformation” process for constructing block moulds. A technology of unmatched quality for forming glass and crystal with the most complicate and refined forms possible. The cold deformation process of Giancarlo Perego S.p.A. increases the useful life of the mould due to the surface hardness resulting from the tremendous force exerted during the process.
